We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law or if you violate our Terms of Service, as well as to third parties, provided that this is necessary for the management of the contracted services, as indicated in Section 1.
In turn, our travel agency and online store allow payments by bank transfer, as well as online payments by PayPal or by debit or credit card (action operated by Stripe). They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell you our products and services.
Your data is stored through PayPal and/or Stripe data storage as well as databases on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose the option of paying by debit or credit card through a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, it is possible that the company providing this payment gateway, Stripe, processes and stores your credit card data. Therefore, you give your express consent to that processing and/or storage of data by choosing that payment method, which may be regulated by Stripe’s own express terms of use and privacy policies. This data will always be encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Standard Security (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only to the extent necessary to complete the purchase transaction. After it is completed, your purchase transaction information will be deleted. We are at no time able to receive, view or store this payment data. Therefore, by contracting any of our trips using this method of payment, you expressly acknowledge our disclaimer of liability for the use of such data.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards established by PCI-DSS as outlined by the PCI Security Standards Board, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by stores and their service providers.
For payments made by choosing PayPal as a payment method, the customer must have or register an account with the aforementioned company, accepting its express terms of use and privacy policies. When selecting that payment method, the process continues at PayPal, so we do not witness, process, receive or store, at any time, the relevant payment data. For this reason, when you contract any of our trips, and choose PayPal as a payment method, you expressly acknowledge our exemption from liability for the use of such data.
In general, the third party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to enable them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, some third party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we are required to provide them for purchase related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so that you can understand how your personal information will be handled.
In particular, please remember that some vendors may be located or have facilities that are in a different jurisdiction than you or us. Therefore, if you wish to proceed with a transaction involving the services of a third party provider, your information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction (or jurisdictions) in which the service provider or its facilities are located.
By way of example, if you are in Spain and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway based in the United States, then your personal information used to complete the transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States law.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure that there is no inappropriate loss, misuse, access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of your personal information.
If you provide us with your credit card information, that information is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional industry-accepted standards.
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the legal age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are of legal age in your state or province of residence and have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
If our store is acquired by or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we can continue to sell products to you.
